Refund policy

1. Product Returns

You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to return the items to us.  

Return conditions:

  • Condition  : Products must be returned in their original condition to be eligible.
  • Required information  : Please include the following information in the package:
    • First and last name.
    • Email address used for the order.
    • Order number (indicated in the confirmation email).

No justification  is required to make a return.

2. Return Fees

For defective or non-compliant products, we cover the delivery costs. For all other reasons, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer . We recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure the safe receipt of your return.


3. Reimbursement

Once your request has been received and validated, we will process the refund within 7 working days . 

Refund details:

  • The refund covers the full amount paid , including the price of returned products. 
  • The amount will be credited to the bank card used for your order.
  • You will receive an email notification confirming the refund.

4. Exchanges

If you need an exchange for:  

  • A defective product.
  • A garment or a pair of shoes in the wrong size.
