1. Introduction and Scope

These General Terms and Conditions of Service (hereinafter "GTC") define the rights and obligations between Facile Solution SRL (hereinafter "the Publisher") and the Subscriber (hereinafter "the Subscriber") regarding the provision of paid services accessible via the website Worklife.com (hereinafter "the Site").

The General Terms and Conditions apply to all Subscriptions purchased by individuals of legal age residing in eligible territories. They are accessible on the Website and may be modified unilaterally by the Publisher. Any modification will be notified one (1) month before it takes effect.


2. Definitions

  • Subscriber : Any natural person aged 18 or over who has subscribed to a Subscription on a personal basis.
  • Subscription Contract between the Subscriber and the Publisher giving access to Specific Services after payment.
  • Specific Services : Advantages and features detailed in article 4, including access to Newsstand and other exclusive benefits.
  • Account : Personal space created by the Subscriber on the Site, secured by a username and password.
  • Personal Data Information collected and processed in accordance with the Privacy Policies.
  • Newsstand : Digital catalogue including newspapers, magazines and novels accessible via a third-party partner.

3. Description of Specific Services

The subscription offers:

  1. Unlimited access to the Newsstand
    • Continuously updated digital catalogue, provided by a third-party partner ( YouScribe ).
    • No physical books are distributed.
  2. Exclusive benefits for members
    • Discounts of up to 50% on the online store.
    • Free delivery on all products.
  3. Details and Availability
    • Specific Services are accessible exclusively via the Subscriber's personal account.
    • Username and password confirmation via email upon subscription.

4. Subscription Process

  1. Create an Account
    • The Subscriber must provide their personal details (email address, password, other information).
    • Only one registration is allowed per person.
    • The Subscriber is responsible for updating their contact details.
  2. Subscription Confirmation
    • Subscription via the Site, after logging into the Account.
    • Acceptance of the CGS by ticking the dedicated box.
    • Secure payment by credit card (CB, Visa, MasterCard).
  3. Confirmation
    • A confirmation email is sent after payment is validated.

5. Duration and Termination of the Subscription

  1. Initial Duration and Renewal
    • The Subscription is concluded for a period of 30 days, tacitly renewable each month.
  2. Termination Procedure
    • Notification via the Site's contact form or by email ( contact@Worklif.com ).
    • For a cancellation effective at the end of the current month, the request must be received before the 15th of the month.
    • If a payment has already been made, access to Specific Services remains active until the end of the following month.
  3. Suspension or Early Termination by the Publisher
    • In the event of non-compliance with the General Terms and Conditions (fraud, non-payment, etc.), the Publisher may suspend or terminate the Subscription immediately, without compensation.

6. Price and Payment

  1. Applicable Rates
    • Trial period: 3 days
    • Monthly subscription:  45.90
  2. Payment Methods
    • Payment by bank card only. Payments via PayPal or American Express are not accepted.
  3. Price Revision
    • The Publisher reserves the right to change the prices with two (2) months' notice.
    • The Subscriber can cancel without charge if they disagree with the new tariff.
  4. Payment Commitment
    • The Subscriber guarantees the validity of their payment methods and accepts monthly direct debits.

7. Service Availability

Specific Services are accessible immediately after payment confirmation, from the Subscriber's personal account. The Publisher does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and accepts no liability for temporary interruptions due to maintenance operations.


8. Right of Withdrawal

  1. Timeframe and Exercise
    • The Subscriber has 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal.
    • Notification via the Withdrawal Form (Appendix 1) by email or postal mail.
  2. Terms
    • If the Subscriber has requested immediate access to the Services, they will have to pay an amount proportional to the actual use of the Services up to the date of withdrawal.

9. Personal Data

The data collected is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. The Subscriber has the right to access, modify, and delete their personal data.

11. Miscellaneous Provisions

    • Email communications are considered valid evidence between the parties.
  2. Partial Invalidity
    • If a clause of the CGS is deemed invalid, the other clauses remain applicable.

12. Applicable Law and Disputes

These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Belgian law. In case of dispute:

  1. An attempt at amicable mediation within one (1) year via an accredited mediator.
  2. If no agreement is reached, recourse will be taken to the competent courts.
